A konferencia fő célja megállapítani és azonosítani az új kihívásokat és a potenciális válaszokat az Európai Únió további bővítésére az úgynevezett ,,Eastern partnership“ államaival 2020 után.
Konferenciára október 3. És 4.-én kerül sor Kassán (Hotel Centrum, Južná trieda 2/A, 043 23 Kassán).
